Here you will learn Surya Kriya, Surya Shakti, Jala Neti, Bhuta Shuddhi & Yoga Namaskar. You also learn powerful Pranayam, Nada Yoga, guided meditation, Bhakti Yoga. The program is also open for those who have already learned Yogasanas and want to take time off to immerse in Sadhana, enhance and fine-tune their practice.
